Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues. Ensures the company complies with all policies and procedures set forth by the Board and Executive Committee regarding compliance of all legal aspects of the Federal Regulations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Total Education, Vocation Training, and Experience:
Requires maintaining current active membership in the State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.
Bachelors Degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and three to five years of experience in corporate law.
Position is a senior position in the organization which requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public in all matters relating to the business of Valir Health and all affiliate companies.
