    POSITION PURPOSE


    Oversees the planning, organizing and implementing marketing and public relations activities which will support awareness and the utilization of Valir Health program services.   The incumbent shall be responsible for the coordination and development of print production, marketing collaterals, event planning, special projects and marketing campaigns to enhance global marketing efforts.  In addition to Social Media skills the important software skillset would include:


     



    • Word

    • Excel

    • Powerpoint

    • Adobe Acrobat

    • InDesign

    • Adobe Illustrator

    • Photoshop

    • MailChimp

    • Canva

    • BoldGrid /Website development

    • Eventbrite

    • Adobe Creative Cloud

    Qualifications

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS


    Licenses or Certifications:  N/A


     


    Total Education, Vocational Training, and Experience:  A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Strategic Communications or related field is preferred or a combination of education plus three (3) years of executive or marketing support experience. 


     


    SKILLS AND ABILITIES



    1. Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal delivery. Excellent presentation skills.

    2. Ability to plan and oversee various events, set priorities, solve problems and multi-task while utilizing effective time management.

    3. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.

    4. Ability to interact with various entities in a professional accurate manner. Discretion must be exercised due to the sensitive nature of information to be handled. 

    5. Demonstrate proficiency in the advanced usage of Microsoft Office products.
