    POSITION PURPOSE:

    Performs general, routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital plant and grounds as directed

    Qualifications

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    Licenses or Certifications:  CPR Certification, Boiler Certification preferred

     

    Total Education, Vocation Training, and Experience:  High School graduate or equivalent preferred, and general maintenance/construction experience preferred.       

     

    Skills and Abilities:

    Ability to establish sound working relationships with supervisors and employees from various departments;

    Ability to set priorities; Ability to work efficiently and according to set schedule; Ability to read and follow direction;

    Ability to interact in a positive manner and communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor, and other hospital employees.

    Position has No Access to Protected Health Information of patients on caseload.
