    POSITION PURPOSE:

    The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for management of the front office including taking calls, scheduling appointments, and data entry.

    The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for management of the front office including taking calls, scheduling appointments, and data entry.

    Qualifications

    Licenses or Certifications:  CPR Certification

     

    Total Education, Vocational Training, and Experience:  High School graduate or equivalent preferred.  Proficient typing and PC skills, general knowledge of accounting.  One year experience with a frail, elderly population.         

     

    Skills and Abilities:

    Ability to verify that patient information is accurate and complete;

    Excellent telephone skills;

    Good judgment and resolution skills;

    Ability to adapt to changes in how information is processed;

    Ability to interact in a positive manner and communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor, and other PACE employees.

    Position has Limited Access to Protected Health Information of patients.
