Responsible for overseeing and providing nursing care to meet the needs of the patient and achieve goals set on the Plan of Care. Seven days on/Seven days off.
Licenses or Certifications: Current Oklahoma RN license.
Total Education, Vocational Training, and Experience: 1-2 years experience in home health or hospice. Some LTCF preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to seek assistance as needed. Ability to adapt to changes necessitated by patient/staff situations. Ability to write legibly;. Ability to interact in a positive manner and communicate well with physicians, patients, families, co-workers, supervisor and other employees.. Ability to initiate schedule and oversee caseload.

Daily travel with exposure to outdoors elements. Must have reliable transportation and maintain adequate automobile insurance coverage.

Equipment used for patient care. Office equipment such as computer, FAX, telephone, copier, calculator, etc.. Assumes responsibility for equipment, inventory, safety, and security of assigned facilities. Equipment and keys checked out to employee is to be kept in working order and must report lost, broken, or stolen equipment immediately.
